Since these are self-sewn products, I recommend treating them with care. Please wash your accessories either by hand or in the machine on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Avoid tumble drying to prevent your favorite accessory from shrinking. Let them dry in the fresh air instead.

I ship all orders within Germany with DHL - fast, safe and reliable. As soon as your handmade hairband leaves my studio, I will send you a tracking number so that you can track where your order is at any time. This way you can sit back and relax while your new favorite accessory is on its way to you. I attach great importance to care - including when shipping - so that you can hold your favorite accessory in your hands as quickly as possible and enjoy it.

Each order is made personally and with great dedication by me, Nadine. Since I offer custom-made products, it is essential that you measure your head circumference precisely before ordering. This way I can ensure that each piece fits perfectly and is a unique one-of-a-kind item made especially for you. I look forward to creating something very special for you!

It is important to me that you are satisfied with your order. That is why I make each piece individually according to your wishes. Please choose carefully to avoid returns, as they cause additional effort and harm the environment.

If you still don't like a product, you can return it within 14 days, unworn and in perfect condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned (e.g. all our 2-coloured versions). Please send returns in the original packaging to:
